Books were an escape from the reality that implanted itself into Masamune’s life as the Britannian forces swarmed in–taking over the land that was once called ‘free.’ With the lost honor of the Japanese, now under the alias of ‘Elevens,’ Masamune was taken in to a foster home after being separated from his family. Despite the events that took place, the boy was still the same as ever–keeping to himself and hiding away from the world in the deepest parts of the library. Masamune was the last person anyone would ever want to talk to, yet he found himself face to face with the student council vice president. Curiosity began to kick in as the boy lowered his book onto the table–quirking his eyebrow as he spoke,

“Lelouch Lamperouge. To what
pleasure do I owe to earn a visit from
the vice president?”
