
Kisa put all of his remaining strength into the last hours of work in the cycle. He was exhausted, and he knew that everyone else was too. He wanted nothing more than to be in his bed now. All of the hard work always paid off, and the editors knew it no matter how tough it was.
Kisa let his head hit his desk when he heard Takano’s final words and held his hand up whilst he spoke into the desk. “Good work..” He murmured to all of them politely, although he was barley able to get his words out now, and everyone else looked just as exhausted.

Eyes were sewn tightly together as the editor leaned back in his seat; his body shutting down with each passing second. Though the whole process was tedious and time consuming, the results that came from it was all that Takano cared about. The thought of each reader’s face as they find the continuation of each manga on the shelves of their favorite stores was a slight reward for the chief editor as he relived himself from his current state. As his lips slowly parted, Takano found himself murmuring to the others; his mind still in a haze as he spoke,
“Good work, everyone. After this
year cycle is over, I’ll treat you
all to dinner. I swear.”
